Attendants dropped my mother while attempting to transfer her from a bed to a wheelchair for their fictitious physical therapy. She passed away from her injuries and I successfully sued the facility. Avoid this facility at all cost if you want to keep your loved ones .
I completed a rehab stay at Inglemoor after back surgery in January. I was nervous about the process so I visited Inglemoor before my surgery and was so pleased with the facility and the staff that I met. Everyone helped put me at ease. After my surgery the team at Inglemoor welcomed me and cared for me as if I was part of their family. From the beginning our entire family felt like we were in the right facility. Helene is an anomaly in the world we live in. We felt heard and respected. Helene is extremely knowledgeable with a plathor of experience. Speaking with her you knew she was invested in the patient.
