She is very slack in her work! She only aids those above working class. She has judged people ( 2 that I am aware of) from looks alone. Can not have tattoos, can not be poor level. She has mixed up clients files, and cases as to whom the people are. And she has caused one person her Medicaid! Didnt even tell her client the date of the medicaid hearing.
