I had a terrible experience I had a procedure done that I ended up in the ER. The nurse laughed at me on the phone when I called her and explained what happened she wasn't acting professional and she said none of that is in their file that I hadn't had that procedure done there. The nurse kept on pushing me to see the same doctor because I needed a follow up after all of this happening. The nurse didn't listen to what I was saying her communication is awful.
I am very impressed with the level of care I receive at the Prairie City clinic. Not just Dr. Wintermote, but the entire staff, are extremely competent, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They treat everyone with respect and really listen to their patients.
