Staff was rude.. Never went back..
been going to this surgery for years.. but don’t understand how they can book doctors out months in advance.. can never book in to see my family doctor. maybe leave some appointments free.. absolutely ridiculous
I called today to book an appointment for my kid who had a bad stomachache. I saw there was an available timeslot in the app but couldn't book it as we are new patients. The receptionist said the only doctor who took new patients was not available. I asked if she could ask if the doctor who was available can help but she refused. Quite disappointed by people and process.
