I like to share a good experience with you guys... We were returning home to brisbane and we were just about to loose our towball (and our caravan with it) and when passing through Ingham we saw Ingham Toyota and decided to ask for help and we couldn't believe when the manager sent a mechanic to where we were parking and the young fellow fixed the issue and when requesting the bill he refused to take any money and sent us home with that sense of " ohhhh what a feeling" especially when we own a Mitsubishi Pajero! If a bush mechanic can run a diagnostic testing and find a faulty sensor, we find it hard to believe that mechanics in a state of the art workshop cannot find a faulty sensor in a car. Very unhappy. Shouldn't have gone here to begin with.
Clae was super helpful and friendly, he went above and beyond to help us even if he was supposed to close. Super team at Toyota Ingham thank you so much !
