My son had a gaping head wound. We first went to Lansing urgent care. They turned us away. We then went to St. Lawrence only to find out that Sparrow shut the ER down. We then proceeded to Sparrow. 11 ambulances and 50+ people in the emergency room. Ended up at Ingham regional medical ER. They fast tracked us. Jay Schual, Skyler Brown and Nurse Practitioner Welch gave us the best service I have EVER received in an ER. Keep up the good work.
trust me its the only place I'll go...and I'm very experienced when it comes to hospitals...
