The worst service experience ever. I had a fully functional vehicle which needed a WOF check. They insisted I had to have new rear suspension parts fitted, and since then I have returned the vehicle 3 more times. Currently, I have a vehicle with the headlights dazzling oncoming cars and the back end lowered. It doesn’t pass a WOF.
Lack of knowledge ,very expensive, they couldn't even know what was the issue with my car even though I had to pay over $500. Bad communication including the main branch of mercedes in NZ, I did complain but No answer and No one rang me to solve the issue. I don't recommend this shop at all.

⭐ 0 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked my Mercedes for servicing on 5th August and was told someone would get back to me with details on: 1.Pricing 2.Time required 3. Courtesy car availability No one bothered to call back until I had to chase them myself on the day of the service, only to be told there’s no courtesy car available — not until 26th August.
