Lack of knowledge ,very expensive, they couldn't even know what was the issue with my car even though I had to pay over $500. Bad communication including the main branch of mercedes in NZ, I did complain but No answer and No one rang me to solve the issue. I don't recommend this shop at all.

⭐ 0 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked my Mercedes for servicing on 5th August and was told someone would get back to me with details on: 1.Pricing 2.Time required 3. Courtesy car availability No one bothered to call back until I had to chase them myself on the day of the service, only to be told there’s no courtesy car available — not until 26th August. ⭐ 1 Star After picking my car up from Mercedes Ingram, I went to connect my phone to listen to music while driving — and got nothing. No sound at all, not from Bluetooth, FM, or AM. Everything was working perfectly before I brought it in. Later that night, I was heading out for a cruise to grab dinner, and found that the heater wasn’t working either.
