They are always very polite and helpful and happy to help with any inquiries. They do a great job even clean and Hoover the car which is great. Would recommend them for a service
Had my car serviced at Ingham Mitsubishi and Talor came out to help me and got everything sorted. Really friendly, helpful and professional service. Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend.
I have had my vehicle serviced by Hyundai for the past 4 years and I could not fault the service. However on Friday there was a miscommunication between service staff which meant my car took longer to process. Tuesday staff once again my car took longer to process. 2 hours stretched out to be 3 hours. During that time I received 3 different excuses. This lead me lodging a complaint to the service manager. Who is currently dealing with my complaint.
Staff at front dest awesome. Work done as stated correctly. But if out of town and no one available to get you. You are stuck! Lounge facilities cold and not comfortable. Coffee facilities not good. I waited 3hours as unable to get a lone car and not offered drop-off/ pickup. I did take several short walks. Just feel the Hyundi waiting area could be better with a desent coffee/tea/hot drinks machine, for the amount of money we pay.
