I paid for the drivers medical assessment upfront. The assessment is incomplete, pending a letter from Townsville Public Hospital. After 3 weeks booked an appointment, and the receptionist mistakenly told me the letter from public hospital had arrived. During my appointment, the doctor confirmed the letter hadn't arrived, and I chose not to proceed with the consultation. My husband and I have used this practice for nearly 20 years, sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but remember when you do there is someone else who needs attention more than you. The Doctors are so focused on making sure they have not missed anything with any patient, especially Dr Scott. We wouldn’t go anywhere else
So angry! On purpose booked an Iron infusion on a Saturday.. had to wait 3 weeks because it needed to be a Saturday. The day before get a phone call in the morning confirming my appointment only to recieve another phone call from the practice manager in the afternoon saying they can't do the appointment on Saturdays.. only Monday to Friday. I tried explaining it was booked specifically for Saturday for when someone was available to do it...hence the 3 week wait. What an absolute JOKE! So much for patient are.
