I was extremely happy with all my experiences at the surgery (the receptionist and nurse totally understanding in every way) BUT unfortunately DR Lata was given wrong information about me on the computer. UNFORTUNATELY she told me im no longer able to see her. I made a full police report which was looked into and i was found NOT GUILTY of the matter at hand. I have NOT received a letter or phone call with a apology or told that i can see the Dr at the Cardwell medical center. I WAS/AM made to feel like a criminal, all i ask ... read more
Been going to this practice for a few years now. Top rate team. Receptionist very friendly and helpful doing as much as she can for you. Nurse very caring and understanding. Dr Win top Doc, on the ball and also very understanding. If you are looking for a medical practice this is the one.

Great experience staff lovely and friendly helped me out so much
Signage on door is wrong, elderly people walking away disappointed, staff on the phone made me feel like I was wrong,poor show.
