Worst place to work at. If I could ever go back and reject a job offer this would be it. Terrible management. The management does not even care to contact you back as many times as you try to reach them for any reasons. I got fired because the head of the department didn't not care to check my messages or calls and the hr terminated be for violation of "no call no show". Very beautiful and clean facility
The staff is wonderful the Management is to top heavy they fire you for talking and missing a restroom the boss have favorite let some get away with stuff it ok to tatle on coworker for joking you can't have a good time at work it ok to tell other coworker not to make mess cause you don't have time to.clean up after them that your job as housekeeper tell people not to put trash in the trash can cause you already got it your short staffed so let fire people the night time housekeeper is expect to clean rehab and long term tha... read more
Careless management. Worked as an aid for 3 years. When a disagreement happened I got upset over only blamed me for sticking up for myself and how I reacted and fired me for only a day offered me my job back but put me on a PIP for my “behavior” so they can look good when it was an error on their end. Not to mention they have not taken any of the residents out on any outings since Covid restrictions were lifted.
