I went in for a Varicella vaccine, and someone at the Immunization window on the 2nd floor named Holly helped me. After investigating and asking me questions, she went back and spoke to the nursing staff and came to the conclusion that I did not need this vaccine. A credentialing organization stated the titer wasn't good enough, and I needed the shot, but Holly provided me with documentation saying otherwise. This was customer service at the highest level.
