Super slow care, overbearing doctors, and poor service throughout.
Front desk is extremely rude, and misinformed. Dr. Pathek hasn’t returned a call in 2-3 weeks. They have a patient portal through my chart where you can send messages, no response there either. Front desk pulled up my patient portal and acknowledged my outreach/correspondence, when I asked why no response, they’re dismissive. Do not seek medical attention here.
I THOUGHT FOR SURE IT WAS GOING TO BE BUSY, BUT IT WAS'NT. THERE WAS A NEW DOC THERE N I DID HAVE TO WAIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED WHEN I GOT IN A ROOM THO. THEY ARE GIVING MASKS (N95) TO PEOPLE TOO WHICH IS GOOD.
Everyone I dealt with was very kind and efficient. I had expected the pre-screening process on the phone to be time consuming and a bunch of automation but it was very quick and simple to get to a real person, through the process and then an appointment for the very quick test. They were very good about giving details and directions.
