Why do you charge a 1000$ just to diagnose a issue, and then charge another 1000$ plus part to come fix the issue. Don't you think this is excessive. There should only be one trip charge.
This review is aimed at my air compressor and not customer service at this or any other location. Back in 2001 I bought an IR air compressor from a big box store. I chose this particular model because it was a two-stage cast iron compressor compared to the other brands that were being sold as either only one stage or an aluminum compressor. And I believe this was the only 80 gallon tank model the others were 60 gallons. I have no regrets investing in this air compressor.
