Always a headache. Today the phone hangs up when I select 1 for parts/service. Hard to believe this is a large company. Edit 10-19-21 No one answers the phone and can’t get a call back. How are you suppose to maintain equipment if unable to order parts? Think twice before specking their equipment on your job.
