Horrible customer service and they make you jump through so many hoops before you can even speak to someone who will end up not even be willing to help.
They are very responsive when trying to sell you a compressor. Once you buy it and you have issues they are no longer responsive.

Can't get any support . I tried calling several times and cannot contact anyone even though they have a menu to select support on a 1/2" impact. Now other air tool companies I can talk to someone easy. Plus now their impacts are now made in China . I've owned many Ingersoll Rand air tools . Now I would not bother.
