Honestly never have had an issue with these people. They get back to me ask quickly as possible and always schedule my tickets. They also take the time to educate me on what was going wrong. As a maintenance tech I really appreciate it.

Customer service is terrible! Parts lady did not want to help me at all! Sure did try to make me feel stupid.
