$845 for a service call to just diagnose an issue.....these guys are a joke. They had already come out twice and failed to repair it fully and those times billed $425ish+ parts but now just to come look again is $825! Its literally cheaper to buy a new dryer than service it........this will be my first and last Ingersoll unit as they clearly don't care about small companies only after large 100HP industrial. I bought a new air Compressor from tractor supply. The motor quit about a week later. 6 8 months down the road after many calls to warranty they said no they wouldn't fix it cause I'm a business. It's has set in the corner of my since. Probably fixing to scrap it tired of looking at it.

I got the privilege to intern with Ingersoll Rand over the summer, which turned out to be a great experience. Coming into the internship, I was a little nervous and did not know what to expect. As soon as I got there, everybody treated me extremely well and wanted to help whether it was the technicians, service coordinators, inside sales team, account managers, area specialist, and area sales manager.
