I am a small business owner who took a barely used compressor in to get serviced. They charged my credit card $600 Diagnostic fee without authorization. They then told me it was the brand new unloading valve that was replaced 6 months ago. I explained to them the part was new and spoke service manager who would not respond back to any correspondence. I bought a new air Compressor from tractor supply. The motor quit about a week later. 6 8 months down the road after many calls to warranty they said no they wouldn't fix it cause I'm a business. It's has set in the corner of my shop since. Probably fixing to scrap it tired of looking at it.
