If I could give less than one star, good luck getting your hands on a part you need if you live in Phoenix where their store is located they don’t welcome walk-ins and have minimum orders to be able to pick up in person so if you need a simple part and it’s under $300 You’re not welcome to go to the store and pick it up You have to order it online. The scheduling part was very hard to get taken care of but the service techs that I was dealing with were very knowledgeable and helpful. The last service tech’s name was Tim Cooper. He followed up on the issues, was always responsive, did what he said he would do, returned calls, and figured out a solution for the situation we had. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism, his expertise, and his dedication to finding a solution for us.
Buyer beware!! Service is very slow, unresponsive and hostile toward employees when repair requests are needed. We were promised the world but they are clearly understaffed and in over their heads. Our facility runs 24/7 and this was known going into the service contract. Our expectations were clear but Ingersol service is okay leaving our site down for days... repeatedly.
After 3 missed appointments, the tech finally showed up to tell me IR no longer services the equipment. This is the same equipment I identified during the scheduling process. The tech did nothing but suggest I install an off brand part I purchased from Grainger and left. They billed me $868. I spoke to their service manager who refused to take any responsibility for sending a tech to maintain equipment they no longer service and refused to credit the charge. Company truck going through Payson, AZ almost ran into my SUV with my children. Driver fishtailed after going around us. Dangerous!!!!
