I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company. I called back in July and requested an estimate for a sump pump installation at a rental property. We scheduled for July 31. Two weeks go by and I didn’t hear from them. I then called and asked for an update and they said the tenant wasn’t there and they waited 20 minutes and left. Great to work with, fast, professional, reasonably priced. I would not use any other company in Platteville if Ingersol is available.
Ingersoll installed my outside AC fan with an unbelievably stupid mistake. The fan kept running without stop for three months until I noticed the problem. The company didn't offer any compensation. I totally lost my respect to this company, and I will not use it anymore in the future.

Ingersoll is a great company to work with I highly recommend their services! I have been working with them for a few years now. Everyone who works there is helpful and professional. They recently came and installed a new boiler at my house. The boiler works great and the crew was efficient with installation. The owner even took the time to explain how the furnace works to me.The office ladies are great and respond to any questions on time.
