I had a very disappointing experience with the assistant at this location. She came across as extremely impatient and had a noticeably poor attitude when I tried to ask questions. It felt like she had no interest in helping and was annoyed just by having to do her job. Customer service should be about respect and communication, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Very unprofessional.
The Receptionist is pleasant but the HOUSING MANAGERS & HOUSING SUPERVISORS are just the MOST unpleasant sort of WORKERS, This place has been CHARGED with SOMETHING ILLEGAL that the STAFF, outside of the RECEPTIONIST, has been CHANGED over at least 4 times since I've been living within this complex.
