Bought a certified pre owned work truck from here, transmission went about 45 mins from the dealership with a gooseneck trailer and was told they wouldn’t cover the tow as it was too far even though truck is under warranty. Finally got it towed at my expense along with the trailer which was not cheap only to be told the truck wouldn’t be looked at for 3 weeks! I have been having an issue with intermittent connectivity on my 22 Colorado, which I recently purchased from another Chevrolet dealership. I was paired with John. When I met John, he was attentive even after my long winded explanation on what I was experiencing with my truck. He listened!
