Scheduled 8 a.m. appointment and my car was done by 1030 . Exceptional service and commitment to the customer , that is why I travel two hours from Long Island to bring my car here .
This was the most positive experience I have has at a dealership. Head and shoulders above the Danbury branch where I feel that they are upselling me or looking to pad the bill with unneeded maintenance. Please don't change.
Bought a certified pre owned work truck from here, transmission went about 45 mins from the dealership with a gooseneck trailer and was told they wouldn’t cover the tow as it was too far even though truck is under warranty. Finally got it towed at my expense along with the trailer which was not cheap only to be told the truck wouldn’t be looked at for 3 weeks!
