In April we purchased a home from Ingenuity, LLC in Jonesborough, TN. and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The workmanship and attention to detail of the home is outstanding. As with any new home, there were some minor issue that needed to be addressed and they were taken care of immediately. Everyone we have dealt with at Ingenuity, LLC has been kind and professional.
We are so thankful we found this home . It is over the top with impeccable quality and beauty . My deceased husband was a developer and contractor . I’ve been around the business for 40 years . Pat Weber and his staff go the extra mile in making sure their buyers are happy .
Ingenuity custom built our lake home. They were on time, showed up, kept things clean and tidy and did an amazing job on our home. We also used them for an extensive remodel on another home and were just as pleased. Pat and Kristy are so knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend Ingenuity.

Pretty easy to work with. Sub-contractors are great. Communication is paramount. That could stand some improvement. Ingenuity LLC has been doing a great job in moving process forward.
