Ingenuity custom built our lake home. They were on time, showed up, kept things clean and tidy and did an amazing job on our home. We also used them for an extensive remodel on another home and were just as pleased. Pat and Kristy are so knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend Ingenuity.

Pretty easy to work with. Sub-contractors are great. Communication is paramount. That could stand some improvement. Ingenuity LLC has been doing a great job in moving process forward.

Pat built our custom home in 2020 and the entire process from start to finish was excellent! From the beginning we told him what was important to us, and he made sure that our vision became a reality. He was so easy to work with and was always available when we had questions or concerns. He truly cares about people, and it was a pleasure working with him!! We would recommend Pat and his team to anyone!!
