In addition to misleadingly saying their technology did not incur patent issues (it did and prevented our mice from being made available by a commercial vendor), they have now lost our cryopreserved sperm of the line. We paid for them to make 18 straws and asked them to send 2 straws to a collaborator. They sent all 18, did not tell us and we now have no back up of our line. Outrageous incompetence! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
