Gave me an estimate for a large job - gave Eddie a large deposit- got a second opinion and canceled job within contract time frame- have tried many times to get my deposit -back - many promises but no money
Eddie was very accommodating in scheduling a same day appointment. He changed the water heater the next day and his service including replacement and labor was very reasonable. Eddie was also very responsive by phone or text. He does not keep you waiting. Highly recommend his services.
On two occasions I needed plumbing work and I needed it now, so I called Ingenious Plumbing. They were courteous but more importantly they new what they were doing. On one occasion I had a ruptured pipe and on the other the main drain to the house was clogged. Both times they delivered the work when they said it would be finished. I would definitely use them again!
