At that place only 2 forklift operators. Trucks waiting more than 2-3 hours and they don’t care, they stoped forklift and start chating each other. Thankfully, Flying J is just two and half mile from this location so I parked my truck before 5 mins left in logbook. I wasted my 4 and half hours of logbook.
They were very slow to get to me for unloading! Took over 2 hours before anyone came to even start to unload!!!!
The Houston area as a whole just has some of the worst shippers and receivers. This place is no different.
