All around a good gym in a good location with a good amount of space. Good and clean equipment and machines. Owner and staff are attentive and offer classes if you don't want to workout alone and won't take space from the people who do want to workout alone. I really enjoyed the use of metal weights, you don't see that in many gyms these days so that to me was a very nice touch. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a gym that would satisfy my needs, while here for a few short months, during the winter away from NE area. Hansen and his team went above and beyond in keeping me accountable, motivated, and pushing me to persevere beyond my comfort zone. I found my gym in Stuart and hope to make this my annual connection
