The woman who answers the phone is rude as heck
My family has been going to Dr Ingber for over 40 years. He is a wonderful Dr. I would recommend him to anyone.
This 3 star rating is for Dr. Ingber only. He is a very professional and thorough doctor, who was on top of my health issues , and conminicated in a professional and respectful manner, as I sked him many questions about my health issues. I would have like to give him 5 stars, however I have a huge complaint about his receptionist, Kathy. She is abrupt and rude on the phone and was most uncooperative when I asked for a letter to be faxed to my place of employment regarding clearance for me to return to work. It is a pleasure to go Dr. Ingber's office as not only the staff is professional and pleasant, there is a minimum waiting period. This makes the visit less painful. I have been going there for about 20 years and never regrets it.
