This place was beautiful, Clean, Friendly, fun. Staff were great. You can camp at the location. staff were very knowledable.
Great place to hear about some history of Laura Ingalls Wilder.
Fun experience of the Little House books. Lots of hands on activities. Great for adults who grew up with the series and children.
I was hoping to find a bunch of Little House obsessed people running this place, that were excited to tell me all about every little thing they know about the Ingalls and the town. But it's really just a bunch of normal folks running a fun little tourist attraction. We stayed in the covered wagons and spent two nights there. Everyone was friendly, and there is definitely cool stuff to see and do. But it didn't give me 5 star vibes.
