Vicky, you violated my rights after I gave a good review. After reporting you and Danny for unprofessionalism, I kept getting the runaround for people saving you. October 21, 2023 I came in with breathing problems that were ignored. What was wrote down with my layman diagnosis. I returned because I figured out I was inhaling caloric gas. They never helped me. They were laughing because I’ve been made a spectacle online.

The ladies at the registration desk are ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Due to the fact that they are the first point in contact, they should greet you at least…. No smiles, not welcoming at all. MEAN MUGS & nasty attitudes. Daphne is the manager over this department, it starts with the TOP!!! There is no reason why your staff early in the morning, 7am (Marie & lashenda)are talking about past patient /experiences/arguments they’ve had with them, along with cursing/swearing, all while at the desk, on the clock.
