My nephew came in for an urgent care respiratory issue and had an order placed for medical and equipment. The order was placed incorrectly, and when we returned to the urgent care to have the order fixed, we were told they don’t place orders for the equipment that THEY ORIGINALLY PRESCRIBED US. Danielle, the provider who came to speak to us then proceeded to ask if we had AMAZON PRIME so we could proceed to wait two days for the equipment this facility ordered incorrectly. My dad went for pain on his left eye and they never did blood work or anything just gave my dad Tylenol but were quick to charge him almost 3 grand. We ended up going to another hospital and was told he had shingles. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If I could I would give them 0 stars. This place is terrible and do not care about the patients just looking for a way to charge people
Efficient, effective , compassionate. Good communication. I felt well cared for.
This place use to have 5 stars. I took my daughter and they seen us right away but the service was bad. They act like they didn’t want to be there. The nurse didn’t want to take my daughter’s blood pressure after I requested. And I suspect the Dr was drunk. He was nice but something about him seemed off. And that’s the main reason they get a 1.
