Highly unethical business practice. The doctor is only concerned with $$, and is most likely the reason why he hired a receptionist to come in once or twice a month only. Yes, there is no receptionist employed here except for once or twice a month. That means no one answers the phone or sends any of your documents to the proper medical staff or yourself for that matter. You won't hear back from this doctor or anyone from his office regarding anything.
