You want a great workout that challenges you? Go to Infuzion Fitness! Eric is great at pushing you but also letting you know it's okay to slow down if you've reached your max. He won't let you off the hook easily, though, because his goal is to make sure you're getting a great workout with good form while maximizing effort in the time you have. But don't be intimidated because he's a good trainer who wants to help you reach your goals! Go!

Hands down the best gym experience I have ever had. I am a Yoga Instructor, so the Saturday bootcamp was something out of the ordinary for me, but now I cannot wait to go back for more. I love that Eric guides you through each station and offers ways to use the machines safely and to your personal benefit. I love that he is not yelling at you to go faster, harder, or to push push push. There were many stations with rests on different machines throughout the class. The Perfect Gym. Infuzion Fitness is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. Full array of fitness equipment, awesome energy, great location, cleanliness, and knowledgeable trainer. The classes are intense and challenging for every level and never the same workout twice, whether this is the strength and cardio class, HIRT class or boot camp. Eric understands your fitness goals and will get you there and further, all while having fun.
