Someone needs to be fired in this company. On 11 December 2017, I returned a tube that did not fit the mask I received the week before. I returned the tube (at my expense) and included a letter pleading to get the order straight. On 12/13/17, I received another package from BIOSCRIP in the very same box that I sent the wrong tube in that had another wrong tube in it...less the letter that I had originally sent!! SOMEONE IS PLAYING GAMES at that company and should be fired.

Sone has been with the company for 1 1/2 years and almost every month they screw up my sons shipment

This service provider seems to be interested only in company profits and not providing needed care. I have jumped through many hoops to get what I needed and as of today, 3 weeks later I still don't have what I need. The Infusion solution representative told me my insurance will not cover but when I called my insurance they said I was fully covered. Then the Infusion solution rep told me they didn't have the proper paperwork from my doctor, I called the doctors office the they told me they sent in all the required forms. The... read more
