Finally done with my blood transfusion and I just want to say this infusion center was amazing. I was nervous going in, but the staff made me feel so comfortable right away. They explained everything, kept checking on me, and made sure I was okay the whole time. The nurses were so kind and gentle, and you can tell they actually care about their patients. My first experience with this facility was amazing! The Staff is so kind and informative. The nurses are great as well, I'm happy to make this my Bi-annually location for my Infusions.
For weeks I have been trying to get a prescription for an infusion and it took weeks for them to submit it to even see if it needed prior authorization. They wanted my full medical history and the conditions I have that would warrant the Dr to prescribe this infusion. They questioned everything without even seeing if their Dr was in network so they could give it. They seemed to not know what or how to to do.
