Josh was a wonderful contact for helping my husband and I pick all our plumping fixtures. He is knowledgeable, patient, ( we had my infant grandson with us for our visit) and very kind. I never felt any question was too small and he did not rush us while we discussed our options. We were able to confidently confirm in one bit it exactly what we wanted! A happy customer, Laura and Randy Fisher Holland Michigan
When you are working on a plumbing project and need help, what qualities are you looking for in a showroom salesperson? I want someone who is extremely knowledgeable, someone who is warm and friendly, someone who takes the time to really listen to my concerns and what I want. Joel was all of these for me, and more. Joel took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and then went beyond to work out all of the technical details for me to make certain that what I was ordering could actually be installed without any glitches. ... read more
The showroom is beautiful with a lot of examples and samples to look at and touch. I worked with Joel. He was so helpful in showing me options and sharing his thoughts. I did a full bath remodel and ordered everything from Infusion, and Josh made sure everything arrived, and frequently just checked in to see how things were going or if he could help me in anyway. The bathroom is stunning! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!
Joel provided excellent customer service when a special order part I received was not a correct fit. He arranged for a refund and a reorder without any additional cost.
I never got the chance to say how amazing my visit was in the Infusion showroom. My project was a bit ago but I had such a great time. Beautiful, classy and just a pleasant over all experience. A shout out to Joel Bugh Liburdi for taking his time with me and being so patient with my choice in selections. He made the experience pleasant and easy. Thank you Joel!
