I’ve been coming to this location for the past 2 and half years. It’s very nice. But the staff keep changing. I keep seeing new faces and the next month they are gone. It can be pretty uncomfortable to get a new nurse to poke you every time, mix your med and hope for the best. I just wish there was more consistency with their nurses and they could keep them for a while.
I had an amazing experience at Infusion for Health. My health insurance declined my medication and I was going to have to pay about $2500 per month for medication. My doctor's office tried to appeal the decline with no success. A wonderful person at Infusion for Health talked to my doctor's office and instructed them on how to appeal the denial and it worked!!!!!
