I had to start coming here after a change to my insurance and this place is amazing. The nurses are all really nice and great at their jobs and as someone that isn’t too great with needles/iv’s, they do a great job keeping me calm and getting the iv in on the first time. The rooms are all really nice, the chairs are super comfortable and they have a great selection of drinks and snacks to enjoy during treatment. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs infusion.
I have been a patient at multiple infusion centers and Infusion for Health - Fullerton is the best one I have been to by far. The staff are all excellent and the private rooms with all of the amenities you could ever ask for are outstanding so I highly recommend them.
Everyone there has been wonderful with my care including those who fought my insurance. Facilities are clean and comforting. Staff is incredible. Couldn’t be happier
Staff is Amazing. Polite, professional and above all kind. Only room for improvement i suggest is getting paid subscriptions to the various streaming services. That would greatly improve the experience. 2nd suggestion is adding napkins to the snack/coffee bar.
I enjoy the excellent welcoming staff. Professional, knowledgeable, supportive. They are committed and compassionate about their patients and illustrate it through a postive, clean, and organized environment in order to provide to best help for people. Highly recommended. Thank you.
