I had a great experience visiting the showroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the visit very enjoyable. Although we encountered a few minor issues, Nathan stepped in promptly and resolved them efficiently. Chelsey was exceptional to work with—she truly listened to my preferences and helped identify the best options to fit my needs. Her friendly and attentive approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable in the short time I had to order what was needed.
I had an amazing experience in the showroom all thanks to Chelsey. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to listen to my needs, answer all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for everything, Chelsey! Emily was extremely helpful and patient as I made my choices for shower fixtures. I recommend highly, and will be back if I need any additional fixtures.
Chelsey has been so helpful every step of our remodel process! She was so patient with me while I picked out the faucets and sink that would work best with our kitchen colors. She helped with garbage disposal and RO system as well, and has been helpful afterwards in getting new filters ordered for the RO. She is AMAZING!!!
I cannot rave enough about working with ETNA. Specifically Chelsey! She is AMAZING at what she does. She rocks at communication, knows her stuff and even went above and beyond on multiple occasions to meet my time needs. If you’re considering ETNA, you won’t be disappointed! Do it!
