We worked with Joel. He was outstanding. Joel has a good design sense and product knowledge. He gave us some very helpful suggestions.
My husband and I had such an amazing experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Joel and he was so welcoming, kind and such a pleasure to deal with. He was patient as my husband and I went back and forth on toilet choices. He was professional and knowledgeable while we had such fun choosing a toilet. Who knew? I wanted to give a shoutout to Joel B-L who was very efficient in getting us the information we needed in regards to fixtures for our bathroom redo. He is a great listener which was obvious in the products he sent over for review after our initial conversation. His responses on follow up questions was very timely. His product knowledge and suggestions for products was very helpful as we moved through the ordering process.
We worked with both the gals at Infusion and are so thankful we did! Our plumber (CL Plumbing) works with them and recommended we stop into their show room.
