Infratech is out replacing the main transformer cables in our neighborhood this week. The sub-contractor Leidy who was supervising the operation was very welcoming and answered all my questions, this is a huge process going thru everyone's yards, digging holes, etc. Many thanks to her & also Kevin, they found a cut in a separate power cable that goes to my detached garage, and were able to fix it the same day. They are very friendly and take the time to do things right, and communicate along the way.
