Great way to burn lots of calories in a short period of time. Have loved using the infra slim machines and seeing great results. I love how energized and refreshed my body feels after each session, without any muscle soreness. The staff members go above and beyond to ensure a friendly and accommodating experience.

This is a must do,you feel so fantastic afterwards.Even with injuries,you lie down,no pressure on the joints a d you control all settings.Play a bit of spotify or watch Netflix and work as hard as you want.
