Contacted Allan after viewing the Youtube video repairing the wiring. On my sauna the wiring was burnt out, so Allan sent me out the heat protected wiring and connector, to repair my sauna. If called an Electrician out to repair the wiring, it would of cost $$. After viewing the video i was confident to repair the wiring myself. Allan saved me money.
