The entire experience was enlightening and relaxing. Along with the infrared sauna there was atomized salt therapy and red light therapy which seems like an unusual treatment but has scientific evidence for skin improvements and had been suggested by our medical doctor. I felt welcomed by the owner and pleased to see beautiful treatment rooms which were private and comfortable.
