My boyfriend and I are visiting town and wanted to have a recovery session between all the hiking so we came here for infrared salt sauna and red light therapy. It was such an awesome experience. Todd was great at explaining everything and giving more details on the health benefits. The set up was so peaceful and I feel amazing! Only wish we lived in town so I could come more often.
