Fantastic, great customer service
Wrong items received. Due to urgency, ordered the correct items and a refund was promised for the incorrect items. Months passed with no refund, only received when threatened court action. AVOID!
We order a 350w mirror infrared panel with a built in thermostat for £269. It lasted for 3 months, it stopped heating. I had to pay the £8+ postage to return it with a tracking number. It has been 6 days with no communication from the infrared heating company. It is their policy for you to pay & return their faulty goods, plus I was offered either a fix/replacement ment or a credit note to spend on their website. Please contact us as a good customer service practice would
I don't often leave feedback for online purchases but I felt compelled. I ordered a free-standing heater to keep the log cabin warm and dry this winter. I only ordered it on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning! Not only that, I had a great level of service from Diana by email who was quick to reply with any advice I needed. Top company!
Ordered two ceiling heaters for our Airbnb cabin. Prompt next day delivery, all good. When we unpackaged the heaters, it was clear that one had been returned by a previous customer (no protective plastic, different parcel tape etc). That didn't concern us, until we realised that it didn't work. Called the company at the first opportunity and explained that we needed a replacement asap.
