Bought a 2300W heater in Oct 2022 to heat a finished garage to 5C during the winter months. It failed in 2023 and Infrared sent a replacement although I had to pay for shipping. The replacement failed in November 2024. Reached out to customer service by email and phone but was ignored.
We used their heater on our construction project and two thumbs up!
