RecommendedOne of the most relaxing experiences out there!! I love the way the heat penetrates my body and takes away not only the aches I have sometimes from working out too hard but also clears and refreshes my mind, body and spirt. Jamie is amazing, very attentive and made it a great experience.
Absolutely love this place. Had my 2nd session today and I'm feeling great. Super great atmosphere and super great customer service. You get to watch tv or listen to music and just relax all the while sweating, getting rid of aches and pains and boosting your immune system.

Infrared wraps have helped me tremendously. The heat reaches your body to the core and helps relax muscles you can't do on your own. They have helped ease the pain I feel everyday from Fibromyalgia, I am sleeping better and my restless leg symptoms have subsided. Oh how I love my infrared body wrap. Speeds up recovery time, loosens and relaxes those tight joints and muscles. Makes my skin super soft. All while watching my new favourite TV show! And Jamie could not be kinder. I'm always so we'll looked after I feel totally pampered.

Had our first wrap today and it was awsome. Great customer service and i feel wonderful. Took the boyfriend and he enjoyed it just as much. We will be back!
