The entire process from check-in to check-out was positive and efficient. Before entering the site, please park in the designated side parking spot and walk to the office. This will ensure a smooth transition.

All those good reviews are definitely not correct The staff here were very rude and unprofessional, except for the lady who handled the paperwork—she was polite and helpful. Everyone else seemed to be looking for a reason to argue. Instead of helping drivers, they tried to find something wrong with me or with my truck and trailer so they could refuse the load, complain to my company, or even try to get me banned from the facility. Great experience! The lady in the office was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. She even came out to check on me when I had an issue with my truck, which I really appreciated. The loader was also friendly and professional. Even though I arrived late, they stayed late to get me loaded without any complaints. Thank you both for the excellent service!
