I will like to say this was the best moving experience I ever had In my life hands down ! The other reviews here are testimonies to this companies good work, but I want to share a testimonial of their good character. I lost my wallet that contained my drivers license, credit card, work id and cash. Mike Terrell found my wallet and drove it to my house in his work truck to return it to me. We have used Informed Senior Moves three times now. Each time, the team has been efficient, professional, and pleasant to work with. The fact that we didn't have to worry about getting everything packed ourselves was huge. They are familiar with most of the local senior living facilities, so explaining what doors or elevators to use was unnecessary...one less thing to worry about.
