I have had Jolene and her team work on several large projects at my house over the past two years, and they have never disappointed. They are very responsive to communication, happy to listen to ideas and discuss possible solutions, and execute plans with enthusiasm and skill. Jolene is a very thorough and communicated every step of my complete bedroom remodel. She and Drew did excellent work installing new windows and updating the electrical. When I had water issues from a new roof installed in 2019, she was kind enough to meet with the company to go over the issues at hand. Her daughter, Sarena, did amazing work with taping, spackling and painting of the new sheet rock. When you hire IPS you will not be disappointed with start to finish.
I had an excellent experience working with Jolene, her team, and the specialists she recommended. They expertly tackled a list of jobs, including replacing wood siding, structural beams, new flashing, window frames, railings, bathroom repair, painting, and a new roof.
